When you register for MACD Trader, we collect:

• Personal information: your name and email address, provided during registration
• Brokerage credentials: an OAuth access token issued by Alpaca Securities LLC when you authorize the Service
• Account information: your Alpaca account ID, account number, and account type, retrieved during the authorization process

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the Service:

• Your OAuth token is used to access your Alpaca account for retrieving market data and placing trades
• Your name and email are used to identify your account and for operational communications
• Your account information is used to route trades to the correct brokerage account

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in AWS infrastructure (DynamoDB) in the US. OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AWS Key Management Service (KMS) before storage. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only transmitted to:

• Alpaca Securities LLC: to execute trades and retrieve account/market data via their API
• Amazon Web Services: as our cloud infrastructure provider

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you revoke OAuth access or request account deletion, we will delete your personal information and encrypted credentials within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Revoke the Service's access to your Alpaca account at any time through your Alpaca account settings
• Request a copy of your stored data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Service does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
